For Ground Purilens orders actual shipping method will vary.&#xA0;</p><h2 id="2-about-fedex-ground-and-home-delivery">(2) About Fedex Ground and Home Delivery</h2><p>Delivery times for Fedex Home Delivery and Ground services depend on your location. We are shipping from zip code 98370 (Poulsbo, WA). You can use the <a href="http://www.fedex.com/grd/maps/MapEntry.do">Fedex Ground Service Maps</a> to see typical delivery times measured in business days after shipping. But here&apos;s a rough guide:</p><ul><li>West coast: 2 days</li><li>Mountain states: 3 days</li><li>Midwest&#xA0;and south: 4 days</li><li>East coast: 5 days</li><li>Hawaii: 6 days</li><li>Alaska: 7+ days</li></ul><p><em>Exception: Timing is generally the opposite for Purilens orders shipping from New Jersey. See section 1 above.&#xA0;</em></p><h2 id="2about-usps-priority-mail">(2)&#xA0;About USPS Priority Mail</h2><p>Based on a recent (Oct 2020) internal audit, here&apos;s&#xA0;our experience with Priority Mail:</p><ul><li>50% arrive within 2 days (excluding Sundays)</li><li>80% arrive within 3 days (excluding Sundays)</li><li>95% arrive within 4 days (excluding Sundays).</li><li>5% take longer than 4 days. The slowest&#xA0;in the&#xA0;period we audited was 8 days. There&#xA0;was a Sunday in that 8 days, so it was a week and a half, and to the customer it felt&#xA0;longer still.</li></ul><h2 id="3-about-usps-ground-advantage">(3) About USPS Ground Advantage</h2><p>Ground Advantage (new July 2023) replaces USPS First Class. Currently, we only offer it on orders under 1 lb shipping weight. Like Priority Mail, FMC typically arrives in 4 days or fewer. However, it can also sometimes take a week or more. &#xA0;</p><h1 id="can-i-get-my-money-back-if-it-takes-too-long">Can I get my money back if it takes too long?</h1><p>Sorry... with the exception of FedEx Overnight we cannot refund your shipping just because the timing did not meet your expectations. As of November 2021, even FedEx has suspended their money-back guarantee for 2-day and Ground services.
