Help! I received the wrong item(s).

We hate it when that happens. So very sorry!. Let us know immediately so that we can replace it. If we need the original back, we will (obviously) pay for shipping and provide a return label via email or hard copy (your choice). Please open your pack

Help! The product I ordered did not work out for me.

We're sorry it didn't work out! But... we also want to say that this is normal. So much of this stuff really is all about trial and error. What works for one person may not work for the next. Please let us know if we can provide any guidance to help

Help! I received a defective or damaged product.

Please let us know right away! We will of course replace any item that does not arrive intact.
