We hate it when that happens. So very sorry!

Let us know immediately so that we can replace it.

If we need the original back, we will (obviously) pay for shipping and provide a return label via email or hard copy (your choice). 

Please open your package immediately upon arrival. We are happy to take responsibility for any order errors but to do so, we must be notified within 15 days of receipt of your order.
