How to activate your account. What to do if your email address isn't recognized.

<h1 id="account-activation">Account activation</h1>If you create an account, you will receive an email with a link to activate your account. If you don&apos;t receive it, check your spam folder. If you continue to have trouble, please contact us and we can send you another link or walk you through the process over the phone to ensure you can access your account.If you order without creating an account, you can activate your account at any time to be able to access past orders, manage subscriptions, etc.<h1 id="email-not-recognized">Email not recognized</h1>You log in with an email address. If you&apos;re trying to log in and the system does not recognize your email address:&#xA0;<ul><li>Do you have multiple email addresses?</li><li>Are you sure you have the right company? People often get us confused with the manufacturers of some of the products we sell, such as eyeeco.com, purilens.com, and zienaeyewear.com.</li></ul>You can always contact us for help too!

How to access a self-service version, and what's available through customer service

Option 1:&#xA0;Log in to your account, find the order(s), and click &quot;Show order details&quot;. You can then take a screenshot of of your complete invoice.Option 2:&#xA0;Contact us, and we will email a nicer looking and easily printable invoice copy.TIP: We normally place invoices in the box with every order. However, if your order is drop-shipped direct from the manufacturer, or if your order is sent in multiple shipments, it may only have a packing slip, so you may need to contact us or just self-serve online.
