I need help updating address, password, or other account detailsUpdated 2 years ago
Log in to your account (see top right corner of the shop).
While logged in, you can update:
- Email address
- Contact number
- Delivery address on file, but please note:
- Subscription? The delivery address for subscription orders must be updated in the Manage Subscriptions section. So if you have changed address, please update it both places (or let us know and we will)
- Correction to order already placed? If you have placed an order and it hasn't shipped yet, you will not be able to edit your order online. Please call, text, email or message us right away so we can get your order updated.
