What is "Subscribe & Save"?
We offer recurring order service on things like contact lens solutions, eyedrops and eyelid hygiene products. You set up an automated shipment and then we ship it to you at whatever interval you've selected.
How do I start?
- Select the "Subscribe & Save" option on the product you want to purchase,
- Select how frequently you want the product sent to you.
- Add to cart
- Add any other items you need (whether one-time or recurring).
- Proceed to checkout and complete order as usual.
The shipping method you use for this order will be the shipping method on the recurring order. So, if you need this order quickly, but just ground shipping on regular orders, please call or email or text us or put a note on the order so we can modify your recurring order up correctly.
What if I need a different interval than those offered?
Go ahead and submit your subscription order, then let us know what interval you prefer. We can create a custom interval for you.
Can I swap products?
Absolutely. You can change products, or add or remove items from your subscription at any time.
Is there a minimum number of shipments?
No. You can quit at any time.
How will I know when an order is coming?
You'll get an email a few days beforehand letting you know that we're getting ready to ship an order. If you need to make any changes, postpone it, etc, just let us know right away and we'll take care of it.
What if I need my products sooner?
Log into your account and change the next shipment date, or call, text or email us and we'll do it for you.
Can I manage my recurring orders online?
Yes, absolutely. Just log into your account and you will see a link to manage any subscription orders. However, if you have already received an order confirmation, you will not be able to cancel that order online - you'll need to reach out to us. DON'T WAIT - we turn around orders really quickly!
We have full phone support for subscription orders.
When you need your eye stuff, you really need it! We understand that. We don't want you to run out of anything. We are constantly tweaking subscription orders for people who call or email us. Please don't hesitate to reach out.
How do I cancel (terminate) the subscription?
You can do this in your account online or you can contact us to do it for you. If you email or text us, please remember to be clear and specific if you want the subscription terminated. If you just say "Cancel my order", we will cancel any order that has been generated and is awaiting shipment.
